Rosa has lived in several states since 2008. Going from city to city and state to state to help care for sick family members, Rosa and her two children have not put down roots since they left their home two years ago.
After finding herself in Oklahoma with nowhere to go, Rosa and her two kids lived in a shelter. Finally she was able to find a place for them to stay, but they still needed help. That is when we got the call.
On a Wednesday night, a group got to deliver a bed, sofa, sheets and blankets, pots and pans, and a kitchen table and chairs to Rosa and her children. As we came through the doors her son remarked, “It’s like a birthday party!”
It was a sweet moment to get to hear Rosa’s story and then get the blessed opportunity to pray with her and for her. She is starting new, but she has Hope!
