Right now we are currently serving and gathering for 8 families. Aside from the furniture items, such as beds and sofas, we are looking for the following items:
shower curtains (5) towels (enough for 7 families) crib mattress pillows (20) pots and pans (2 sets) twin sized bedding (5 sets)bake ware cooking utensils (3 sets)
kitchen towels (4 sets)
washcloths (5 sets) blankets silverware (3 sets)

This past weekend we had some volunteers meet at Hope Chest OKC’s storage unit to help organize so that we can take inventory. We got a lot done and will only have to go out a few more Saturdays to get it all done. If anyone would like to help with this, just email Cissa and let her know.

After we finished out 3 hours of organizing, Mindi and I took two truck loads worth of furniture to a home of a single mom who is getting her feet under her. She is doing so well! She and her 7 year old daughter have been sleeping on an air mattress on the floor, and on Saturday we got to deliver them each a bed! What fun it was, too! We still have much to gather, and I will be listing some items that we specifically need soon. Thanks to all who helped! Here are a couple of pictures of what we delivered on Saturday.
